Enrolling in a session that is being waitlisted will add you to the waiting list for that session. You will not be charged until your camper comes off of the waiting list and we will contact you at that time.
** Sessions combine 2 one-week sessions and may not offer all two-week activities
MOUNTAIN CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
(All cancellations must be submitted via email or USPS Mail)
Deposit is Non-Refundable after March 1st (all payments refundable prior to March 1st).
Cancellations made between March 1st & May 1st: All payments returned except $500 deposit & any applicable bus fee.
Cancellations after May 1st: No refund unless replacement can be found. If replacement is found, all payments returned except $500 deposit and any applicable bus fee.
In the event of severe injury or illness preventing camper from attending camp which occurs 10 days or less from start of camp and when a replacement cannot be found: Family and Mountain Camp share a 50-50 loss (excluding non-refundable $500 deposit & bus fee).
Camper sent home for disciplinary reason or because of homesickness: No refund.
Camper sent home due to illness will receive 50 percent of the value of days missed (excluding non-refundable $500 deposit & bus fee).
Camper sent home for not having complete Health Form: No refund.
